The poem is all about the days or  happenings on the time of our former President Ferdinand Marcos, the dictator of Marshal law. The author here what really happened during his time.As we've read the poem. We know that is all about how puissant, influential and redoubtable Ferdinand Marcos was. A young boy who's father is a general, hanging a picture of his boss on the wall, that is Apo, or Ferdinand Marcos himself.Impelled  the general to work hard, feeling those eyes peering at him.And so as what the young boy feel when he sneaked at his fathers's office. obviously, you can espy how authentically potent Marcos was.
